We want you to love your new sunglasses. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets the conditions below.
Return Conditions
- Sunglasses must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including protective cases, tags, and cleaning cloths.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
- All items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.
How to Return
- Contact our support team at info@bonabywenzym.africa within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorisation.
- After approval, you will receive return instructions and a return reference number.
- Repackage your sunglasses securely and await shipping instructrions.
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees related to the return.
- If duties or taxes are billed back to us on returned items, the amount may be deducted from the refund.
- We do not guarantee transit times for international returns.
Payment Methods
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
- We cannot issue refunds to a different card or payment account.
- For partially refunded orders, the amount will be returned to the original payment method.
- If your card or account is no longer active, please contact your bank or payment provider regarding refund retrieval.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bonabywenzym.africa. We can, at our own discretion, make exceptions for exchanges of the same value.
